SHOW RULES

  1. The latest ARBA show rules will govern these shows.
  2. This is not a cooped show. (Some cooping will be available for those who reserve it.)
  3. All rabbits must be PERMANENTLY EAR MARKED in the left ear.
  4. Late specials will be posted at the show.
  5. Fox Valley RC reserves the right to substitute or secure additional judges if necessary.
  6. Any rabbit entered in fur class must also be entered in its regular breed class.
  7. The WSRBA will receive $0.15 for each Open and Youth entry.
  8. No entry will be accepted after its class has been called for judging.
  9. Remark cards, ribbons and trophies must be picked up at the show.
  10. Carrying cases without solid bottoms will not be allowed in the showroom.
  11. Parents and guardians are responsible for the action of their children. Unnecessary and disruptive actions will be reason for removal from the showroom and forfeiture of entry fees and all premiums and specials earned.
  12. Fox Valley RC reserves the right to reject entries from any exhibitor.
  13. Any diseased or unhealthy animal will be removed from the showroom.
  14. No dogs or cats, with the exception of a Seeing Eye dog, will be allowed in the showroom.
  15. Fox Valley RC will not be responsible for any loss by fire, theft, accident, or provincial destruction. Every precaution will be taken to prevent the loss of any property.

  • From Waupaca: Highway 10 to Weyauwega. Turn left on Main Street to Elizabeth Street. Turn Right on Elizabeth Street. About two blocks to fairgrounds.
  • From New London: Take Highway 54 West to Highway 110 South. At Weyauwega turn left on Main Street to Elizabeth Street. Turn Right on Elizabeth Street. About two blocks to fairgrounds.
  • From Fremont: Highway 10-110 to 110 exit at Weyauwega. Turn right on South Street and continue three blocks to Fairgrounds entrance.

LIMITED SPACE NOTICE

The Fox Valley RC has the following for their show rooms:

  1. You must be entered in the show to sell rabbits, related equipment, crafts, etc. or you are classified as a vendor.
  2. Vendors must have permission prior to the show from the Show Superintendent to set up at the show in designated vendor areas.
  3. Other large displays of sale items by exhibitors must also be approved ahead of time and set up in the designated vendor areas.

Vendor Fees are $25.00 for one table space, $50.00 for two table space and $75.00 for three table space or more. Electricity is available for $10.00 per day.Space in the show room is often limited, be respectful of your fellow show person. You may be asked to move your rabbits, show equipment, etc. to make the area safe.

Best in Group 1: American Sable, Belgian Hare, Britannia Petite, English Lop, Florida White, Havana, Holland Lop, Lilac, Mini Lop, Netherland Dwarf, Polish, Thrianta & Silver.

Best in Group 2: American Fuzzy Lop, English Angora, French Angora, Giant Angora, Jersey Wooly, Lionhead, Mini Rex, Mini Satin, Rex, Satin, Satin Angora, Silver Fox & Standard Chinchilla.

Best in Group 3: American, American Chinchilla, Beveren, Californian, Champagne D’ Argent, Crème D’ Argent, Flemish Giant, French Lop, Giant Chinchilla, New Zealand & Palomino.

Best in Group 4: Checkered Giant, Cinnamon, Dutch, Dwarf Hotot, English Spot, Harlequin, Himalayan, Hotot, Rhinelander, Silver Marten & Tan.

The top 15 breeds from last year’s show in Open will receive a trophy and the top 10 breeds from last year’s show in Youth will receive a trophy. All other breeds open and youth will receive Best of Breed Rosettes. All breeds will receive Best Opposite Rosettes. Class ribbons will be given to fifth place. The top 15 breeds from this year’s show will receive a trophy at next year’s show, ten animals need to be shown in the breed last year to receive a trophy at this year’s show.

COOPING for the FoxValley Rabbit Club Show

Cooping will be available starting Friday June 5thfrom 6:00 PM to 9:00PM and Saturday June 6th from 7:30 AM till NOON. You must furnish your own dishes, feed and water. The cost will be $1.50 per animal per night. Please call Dennis Roloff, 715-467-2272 or Email with your reservations. There are a limited number of cages available. If you reserve cooping for Saturday night, you must check in by NOON on Saturday or you may not have cooping. You are expected to pay for the number of coops you reserve not just the ones you use.

Don’t forget to get your raffle tickets for the club’s big cash & prize give away.

The drawing for the cash raffle will be held Saturday at 10:00pm at the dance; you do not need to be present to win. First Prize - $200.00, Second - $100.00, Third - $75.00, Fourth - $50.00, Sixth thru Tenth - $10.00

Separate merchandise raffles will be held each day at the show.
