Sub: P.S. – C.T. Department – Distribution of subjects / functions among the Senior Officers in the Office of the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes – Reg.

Ref: CCT’s Ref. No. C2/459/2010, Dt. 17/05/2011, Dt. 21/05/2011, Dt. 25/06/2011, Dt. 07/07/2011, 17/11/2011, 31/05/2012 and on 18/10/2012.

In supersession of the references cited above and also any other reference, not referred to above but relating to the subject, the subjects/functions/post are allotted to Senior Officers in CCT office as follows. The subject/functions under each post are detailed in separate order.

1.  Sri G. Lakshmi Prasad, Addl. Commissioner (CT) as Addl. Commissioner (Policy).

2.  Sri D. Ramachandra Reddy, Addl. Commissioner (CT) as Addl. Commissioner (Legal).

3.  Sri R.V. Reddy, IRS, Addl. Commissioner, as Addl. Commissioner (CT) (Enforcement-II).

4.  Sri N. Ashok Reddy, Joint Commissioner (CT), as Joint Commissioner (CT) (Enforcement – I).

5.  Sri T. Ramesh Babu, Joint Commissioner (CT), as Joint Commissioner (CT) (Enforcement – III).

6.  Sri G. Venkateswarlu, Joint Commissioner (CT), as Joint Commissioner (CT) (Legal Affairs).

7.  Sri K. Radhakrishna Rao, Joint Commissioner (CT), as Joint Commissioner (CT) (Minor Acts & DMU).

8.  Sri V. Harsha Vardhan, Joint Commissioner (CT), as Joint Commissioner (CT) (Computers & Tax Payer Services).

In addition to the orders issued above, it is further ordered that:

1.  Sri G. Lakshmi Prasad, Additional Commissioner (CT) (Policy) is kept in Full Additional Charge of the Post of Secretary to Commissioner, CT.

2.  Sri D. Ramachandra Reddy, Additional Commissioner (CT) (Legal) is kept in Full Additional Charge of the Post of Joint Commissioner, (Legal).

3.  Sri G. Venkateswarlu, Joint Commissioner (CT) (Legal Affairs) is kept in Full Additional Charge of the Post of Addl Commissioner, CT (General).

4.  Sri N. Ramesh Babu, Appellate Deputy Commissioner (CT) (Hyderabad Rural) is kept in Full Additional Charge of the Post of Joint Commissioner, Audit.

5.  Smt. B. Revathi Rohini, Deputy Commissioner (CT) (Special Commodities), is posted as Deputy Commissioner, CT (Services) and she is kept in Full Additional Charge of the Post of Deputy Commissioner, CT (Vigilance).

Further, it is also ordered that the functions, allotted to the Special Commissioner (CT) are divided among the Senior Officers as follows:

-  Administration of Central Computer Wing - Commissioner (CT)

-  Service matters and disciplinary cases of DCTOs – Addl. CCT (Policy)

-  Service matters and disciplinary cases of ACTOs – Addl. CCT (Legal)
