Fees:

Early Bird Special: August 06- August 26: $50.00 for one child, $80.00 for two children and $100.00 for a family of three or more.

August 27 – September 8: $60.00 for one child, $90.00 for two children and $110.00 for a family of three or more.

You may wish to notify the catechist of special circumstances pertaining to your child. Please explain the circumstance, and to which child it applies, or feel free to discuss the situation personally with the director Mrs. Daugherty or the teacher.

Permission for Photographs

Photographs are sometimes taken during religious education events and Confirmation events. They are displayed publicly, e.g., on the parish web site, in the newspaper, in a brochure, or on bulletin boards to let the community be informed about parish events and activities.

Religious Education Policies

2017-2018

· Regular attendance Sunday Mass is expected for all religious education and Confirmation students.

· Persistent behavior problems will result in the following response:

o Student will be sent to the director.

o The next incident will involve the parent being called to take the child home. A meeting will take place with the student, parent(s), and program administrators to discuss alternative formation.

· Students preparing for the sacrament of Confirmation will need to make up any missed class work. Teachers/director will give out the assignment.

· Grade 1 and 2 students will be asked to do a makeup class if three or more classes are missed.

· A child must be in his or her second year of Catholic Education or Religious Education classes to be eligible for the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist.

· If your child is transferring from another program, please submit a letter from the previous parish verifying what the student has completed in preparation for the sacraments.
