Enter Room Characteristic requests for room needs such as Computer Lab, Back-to-back, Course Capturing, Video Conferencing or Team-based/Active Learning.

OCM Classroom Assignments Begin / November 17, 2014 / April 13, 2015 / Aug 10, 2015 / Nov 16, 2015 / OCM begins audits in PantherSoft, sends term course information to 25Live and assigns classrooms using Sched25/Optimizer. This process takes several weeks. OCM will contact Colleges/Departments regarding large classes without room assignments and then smaller classes so these may be adjusted to gain room assignments. Once completed, work on Help Desk tickets will begin in the order received.
Stop further enrollment for any classes without room assignment / March 3, 2015 / October 13, 2015 / March 8, 2016 / March / 1 week prior to the schedule available for students, any class without a room assignment will be set to “stop further enrollment” to prevent registration for class without room.
