Term limited appointment information: “This position is funded by a grant from <X>. This grant has a projected end date of <X>.” “Renewal of position beyond end date is contingent on funding and successful performance.”

Exempt vs Non-exempt: “Your starting date will be <X>with an annual salary of $_____.” OR “Your starting date will be <X>with an hourly rate of $_____.” For non-exempt (biweekly) positions refer only to the hourly rate of pay not the annualized salary.
