OBAMALAND DEBUTS AT AFM!

Trumpublikans Beware!

SANTA MONICA, CA – Get ready all you snowflakes and swamp drainers. We may not be on the same page but we definitely all like to laugh…don’t we? Obamaland, a film by Gregory Bergman, will debut at AFM this week. Set in the future, the film explores the idea of what if? What if Trump, Pence and Ryan tragically fell from Trump Tower before Inauguration Day? What if Obama had remained president for, oh say, twenty or so more years? What would our country look like? Obamaland explores all those questions and more with a tongue-in-cheek approach.

“It’s time to laugh again,” commented Bergman. “The film is truly meant to be a political satire. Both sides have really gone off the deep end and Obamaland is a reflection of that. There’s something for both sides of the aisle in this film and we know it will stir up controversy. Maybe it’s time to ‘Make America not Great Again!’”

In 2017, in the wake of the newly-elected President Trump's mysterious tragic fall from the balcony of Trump Tower, Barack Obama declares himself "President-For-Life." Now, in 2040, in a gunless, godless America renamed "Obamaland", a ragtag group of patriotic "Trumpublikans" plot from an abandoned Applecheez deep in the Heartland to take their country back once and for all. That's right -- Obama is back. And guess what you so called "real" Americans? He's more Muslim, more Communist, and even more Kenyan than ever before!

Obamaland was produced by Bergman Film Company, in association with Tomangie Films. The company will be exhibiting in Booth #319 at the American Film Market. Obamaland will debut on Sunday November 5th at the Laemmle in Santa Monica at 3:30 PM. Check the booth for details or contact us below.
