After the Supreme Court denied certiorari on the New Jersey Donofrio case on Monday, December 8, 2008,
it appeared the CFR-dominated Corporate Big Media used primarily their online resources to report the defeat
of this case, and add to the perception that this vital constitutional issue really has no significant credibility. Apparently, the story was again under-reported in the CFR-dominated Corporate Media's radio and televison broadcast programs, to hinder the story from breaking out into greater public awareness. Now we are coming up
on a conference of the Supreme Court justices on the Connecticut Cort Wrotnowski case on Friday,
December 12, 2008. Has anyone heard anything on air, either radio or television from the ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX (fake and biased), or PBS arms of the CFR-dominated Corporate Big Media ? In addition, there areotherlegalchallenges, notably the Pennsylvania Berg case, and the California Keyes case, still in the legal pipeline. Pay attention to how much coverage the Establishment Media gives to these otherongoingcases, not only today, but also in the days ahead. Or, if the CFR-controlled media manipulator propagandists of public thought and attention will under-report once again, as it appears is the case !

Can such a nation survive ? NO.

"FedEx the Electoral College" program
Campaign to contact Electoral College voters takes off
1,300 sign up during first few hours

WASHINGTON – It took just hours for some 1,300 WND readers to jump aboard a new campaign to contact members of the Electoral College who are expected to vote Monday on sending Barack Obama to the White House.
Following up a campaign that sent more than 60,000 letters by overnight delivery to the U.S. Supreme Court when a case contesting Obama's eligibility for the Oval Office was pending, WND announced a historic first in its quest to establish Obama's qualifications for office – a similar FedEx letter drive directed at individual electors.
Through Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern, WND is providing an opportunity to Americans who would like to contact electors with their concerns.
The letters will be sent FedEx to all 538 members of the Electoral College. The program first targeted only
470 for whom addresses initially were available. But the remaining addresses have been traced, and the letters
will be delivered Friday morning, giving each elector the weekend to consider the constitutional issues raised by Obama's presidency.
As WND has reported, there remain serious questions as to whether Obama is "a natural born citizen," as specified in Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution. While he claims to have been born in Hawaii in 1961, two Obama family members have told WND they were present at his birth in Mombasa, Kenya.
Further, Obama has steadfastly refused to release publicly his full birth certificate that would identify the hospital of his birth, the attending physician and other details. Instead, the campaign posted a document purporting to be a birth certificate devoid of these details. It has also come under fire as a possible forgery.

Court rejects claim challenging candidacy, schedules another for Friday conference

Not even the U.S. Supreme Court can kill the dispute that has developed over Sen. Barack Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office based on questions raised over his birthplace and citizenship and his steadfast refusal to provide documentation on the issue.
The high court today denied a request to listen to arguments in a case, Donofrio v. Wells, from New Jersey that addressed the issues. But literally within minutes, the court's website confirmed that another conference is scheduled for Friday on another case raising the same worries.
The case of Leo C. Donofrio v. New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells claimed Obama does not meet
the Constitution's Article 2, Section 1 "natural-born citizen" requirement for president because of his dual citizenship at birth.
The new case, Cort Wrotnowski v. Susan Bysiewicz, Connecticut secretary of state, also makes a dual citizenship argument. It had been rejected by Justice Ruth Ginsburg Nov. 26 but then was resubmitted to Justice Antonin Scalia. There was no word of its fate for about 10 days, then today the court's website confirmed it has been distributed for Friday's conference, a meeting at which the justices consider whether to take cases.

That's right – former presidential candidate and Obama's choice for secretary of commerce, Gov. Bill Richardson, slipped up. In an effort to reach out to the Hispanic community, he admitted what Barack Obama

You don't need a translator to understand what Richardson admitted: Barack Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. That means we have a guy who's planning to take over the White House who is in direct violation of the Constitution. And his own Cabinet member says so. That's pretty big news, one would think. But the media has refused to cover it with anything more than a blurb laced with a "this is ridiculous" tone. It is ridiculous –
ridiculous that the Constitution means so little that we can't even ensure that it's being followed. It's ridiculous that the story of the century is being ignored by those whose job it is to report it.
But now there's something even more ridiculous: Not only will Fox not report the news regarding Obama's citizenship, now we can't even buy an ad on Fox to allow others to hear about the constitutional crisis
we're facing.

Yes, the Supreme Court said no to the New Jersey citizenship case. But they still have the Pennsylvania and Connecticut cases before them. And there are more than a dozen others that are making their way up to the Supreme Court. I, for one, will not stop asking the critical questions until we have the answers the Constitution demands.
And with all those legal challenges, Grandma, the Kenyan ambassador and now Obama's own Cabinet member all saying that Obama is not qualified to serve as president, rest assured, this issue is not going to go away time soon.
