Dear Potential Sponsor,

The team members of the Oakville Vipers 12U Baseball team would like to extend an opportunity for you to help our team pursue their dream of competing against the finest players and teams in this area as well as the country.

It takes a great deal of time and money to organize and run a team such as the Oakville Vipers. Monies are needed to cover league fees, umpire fees, field rental, uniforms, team equipment and tournament expenses. It costs each member hundreds of dollars to compete in this elite division. (This does not include travel, food and lodging or family member expenses.) This is why we are offering individuals and businesses the opportunity of different levels of sponsorship to help offset some of the costs incurred.

Any monetary donation would be truly appreciated and would help out our team tremendously. Donations for the 2017 Oakville Vipers Baseball team are tax deductible (Not-For-Profit Organization #47-2434461). Sponsorship levels are listed below along with the recognition given for each level. As a contributor, your name will be included on the team banner that will be displayed at all the tournaments and games we play this season.
