TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Conditional, over written/ fluid corrected tenders are not acceptable.
  2. The bidders are allowed to quote rates for any number of the items of the tender.
  3. Lowest bid will not be decided on total cost of the tender rather the lowest cost quoted for each item will be the basis for winning the bid for an item.
  4. Suppliers will be bound to supply the items to destination as per supply order /schedule.
  5. The tender should be accompanied with 2% call deposit as earnest money in favoure of Project Manager, Pak-German Wood Working Centre, SIE, Kohat Road, Peshawar.
  6. Income Tax will be deducted from the supplier as per Govt. approved rates.
  7. Tender received late will not be entertained.
  8. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/ reject any or all tenders or a portion of any tender as per clause-47 of KPPRA.
  9. Tenders will be opened by Tender Committee on the day given in the advertisement i.e. 15-02-2017 at 1200hrs.
  10. Sample of the desired items can be seen at Pak-German Wood Working Center Peshawar.
  11. The quality of the items must be according to the prescribed specification/ samples.All intending suppliers will provide sample at the time of opening of tenders.
  12. The quantity can be decreased or increased any time as per requirements of the SIDB Wood Working Centers.
  13. The successful bidder will supply the items to respective Wood Working Centers situated atD.I.Khan, Karak, Peshawar, Mansehra, Timergara (Dir), Chitral, Battagram, Rahim Abad (Swat) andHaripur at their own cost including loading /unloading as directed.
  14. The bidder should ensure the warrantee of the items as per requirements.
  15. The bidders will be responsible toreplace the items if found defective.
  16. The successful bidder will deposit 3% performance security at the time of signing agreement, remaining 5% security will be deducted from the running bills of the suppliers, which will be refunded along-with 2% call deposit after completion of order.
  17. The successful bidder if fails to supply the items according to the specification or if fails to supply the items within scheduled period of the placement of supply order his tender/ agreement will be rescinded, a penalty of 10% performance security on the total cost of the non-supplied items will be imposed in addition to black listing of firm.
  18. Tenders of the firms/ dealers/ suppliers black listed by any Government Department will not be accepted.
