All table shifts must be covered by at least 3 (three) adults (broken down by club↑).

Please read Table Assignments carefully, there are several clubs doing double duty at different tables.

SYA- will provide people to set up tournament supplies/materials (Towers & signs, Table supplies with signs, etc.) before beginning of meet (7:00 am) and supply parents to run operations throughout tourney.

Weigh-ins (B/M) 8:00-8:30 am with SYA- 3 people for weigh-ins, SYA-3 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Jun.)10:30-11:00am with SYA- 3 people for weigh-ins,SYA-3 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Int.) 12:30-1:00pm with SYA- 3 people for weigh-ins, SYA-3 people for cards

Weigh-ins (Sen.) 2:15-2:45 pm with SYA- 3 people for weigh-ins, SYA-3 people for cards

{Note: Please have your workers check-in at least 15 minutes before shift starts.}

SYA - will provide people to remove tournament supplies/materials at end of wrestling (to include breaking down tables after Divisions).

SYA- will move all mats and tables/chairs at beginning and end of tournament and run head table.

SYA & WLWC- will inventory and re-pack Federation Equipment Boxes (using Quickee Checklist).
