0:00-0:10 / Warm-ups and Dynamic Stretching
1.  Warm-ups/Dynamic Stretching
2.  Short Court Game / 1.  Bags lined up along back wall together. Water bottles in front of bag. Use Dynamic Warm-up sheet
2.  Can vary the skill used, elgl, only FA passes allowed. Initially, then add OH Pass and Down Ball Hitting. Divide team into 2 groups. Players touch service line after every time that they touch ball.
0::10-0:20 / Forearm Passing
1.  Pass and Move Pairs
2.  Two Point Passing / 1.  KEY FOCUS: First step to ball, body behind ball, shrug shoulders, freeze on contact.
0:20-0:30 / Game Play
2x2 or 3x3 small court game using FA passes only / 1.  Play best two out of three points or for 2 minutes.
2.  Establish top and bottom court. Winners move up to top court or stay at top court. Losers stay on bottom court. Losers on top court go to tutorial.
FA Passing tutorial (coach initiated) with any players not in games. Change tutorial players after each game and feed new teams into bottom court
0:30-0:40 / Overhead (OH) Passing
1.  Self toss and down ball hit
2.  Down ball hitting triples / KEY FOCUS: Square body to target. Stagger feet. Step through ball. Full extension after contact
0:40-0:50 / Game Play
2x2 or 3x3 small court games using FA and OH passes only / 3.  Play best two out of three points or for 2 minutes.
4.  Establish top and bottom court. Winners move up to top court or stay at top court. Losers stay on bottom court. Losers at topcourt go to tutorial.
5.  OH Passing tutorial (coach initiated) with any players not in games. Change tutorial players after each game and feed new teams into bottom court
0:50-1:00 / Hitting
1.  Self toss and down ball hitting pairs (or to wall)
2.  Down ball hitting w/Net / 1.  Players toss high ball with hitting hand and shuffle to hit.
2.  Start with tosser tossing to hitter, more advanced have hitter toss to setter who sets back to hitter.
KEY FOCUS: .
Left Arm up, High Elbow, shuffle to ball, Contact ball w/Full extension, Snap wrist
1:00-1:10 / Game Play
2x2 or 3x3 small court games using FA and OH passes and down ball attacks / Scoring: Provide bonus point for a down ball attack.
1:10-1:25 / Serving
1.  Serve against wall
2.  Serve to tgt with net / KEY FOCUS:
3.  Lift ball with full arm extension
4.  Hit immediately after ball leaves hand
5.  Point to target on followthrough
1:25-1:30 / Static Stretching / 1.  Player lead.
