Practice: Students partner up and do telephone conference call mock consults with each other. Three students participate in each call: a coach, a client and a monitor whose purpose is to witness the interview and make notes about any legal lines that get crossed rhetorically. The participants rotate roles.

Group Exercises giving participants a chance to practice skillsets.

Example: A group of three therapists: one plays a therapist doing an assessment, one is the client, one is a monitor. The assignment is for the therapist to introduce the client to nutrition/mood concepts, the client to offer graduated amounts of resistance, and the monitor to evaluate the exchange, give feedback and watch for languaging that would cross scope of practice boundaries.
