Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overall in-charge of Maintenance Department.(Mechanical,Electrical, Electronic )
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic installation, maintenance, repair in safe and prudent manner. Ensure work permit and JSA been sign.
  • Perform daily inspection on rig equipment and conduct toolbox meeting and management meeting
  • Maintain and repair mechanical system, static/rotating equipment. Air and pot water system,service and repair of the Iron Roughneck, T.D.S, man riders, air winches, compressors, deep well pumps, mud pumps, fuel purifieragitators, heat exchanger, water maker ,piping ,main engines, (Caterpillar 3516B) and emergency engine (Caterpillar 3506) .
