Volunteer Application
How to Apply:
Read the terms and conditions thoroughly, you must be prepared to adhere to these. If not then volunteering may not be for you.
Complete the application form with full contact details, including telephone number andemail address and return to Nozstock by 13th June 2011. We are most likely to contact you by email so please check your account regularly. Once your application has been processed, if you are offered a place, a bond payment of £90.00 must be paid. There are two choices for payment:
- You can send a cheque with the name and address of the volunteer on the back of it to the address below. This cheque will be cashed and you will be reissued a cheque of equal amount within 14 days of the end of the festival. All payments must be made via cheque payable to Tracy Island. You will receive a confirmation email once the cheque has been received and cashed.
Please send your cheque to:

- You can pay your £90 bond by direct transfer to our account. Please state your payment reference as your name so we have proof that this payment came from you. Please also email once you have made this payment to inform us of this payment and to receive your confirmation receipt.
Please make your payment to:
Account name: Tracy Island
Bank: Lloyds TSB
Sort code: 30-94-99

Whichever way you pay, your bond will be returned to you in the form of a cheque payable to you at the address you stated on the application form after the festival pending full completion of your shifts. If you do not complete both shifts your bond will not be returned. This is just to ensure that all volunteers turn up for their shifts.
Should you wish your bond to be returned to either a different name than your own or a different address we will need a confirmation in writing or by email.
