*****NEW RSVP POLICY*****

Starting November 1st we will be changing how we RSVP to ARS events. In the past only certain events required an RSVP. Starting November 1st we will be requiring an RSVP to ALL events (excluding bowling). The RSVP process is EASY and there are many convenient ways to accommodate you. You may call the ARS office 507-217-0383 and leave a voicemail. You may text 507-217-0283 and leave a message. You can send me an email or you can go to our Website and click on the RSVP tab to respond. Pick which method works be for you. Weekly deadlines will fall on Sunday. This new process will ensure that we are providing the events that you want to attend and that we always have the proper amount of supplies and food purchased. Thank you for your continued cooperation to make ARS as successful as it can be.

Volunteers wanted!! We still need helpers for the Dad’s Belgium Waffle Fundraiser on November 7th. If you or anyone you know would like to help we will need individuals to clear tables, take out trash and help with dishes. Your involvement will help to add to the success of this event. Please contact the ARS office to volunteer.

Please help advertise for the fundraiser. Included in this newsletter is a poster for you to hang at your place of employment, your church, or local community boards. Please ask for permission before posting if required-thank you.
