PLEASE NOTE

  • See event information sheet for trading times and additional details.
  • NAAC and NAE reserve the right to decline applications. You will receive a letter of confirmation and a receipt for your payment once your application has been successful.
  • You will receive your vehicle pass and site access details around 2 weeks before the event. You will be given your exact pitch location on arrival.
  • No vehicles can enter the Nottingham Castle Grounds after 9.30am. Any vehicle that is granted access and/or on-site parking (negotiable with festival organisers) will not be able to move after 9.30am, until 6pm.
  • Please book early to ensure acceptance as trade space sells out each year.
