6. / Description of content: These are temporary safety measures to protect public health and animal health from leaked water with radioactivity.
1.  Requiring test certificates on Cs, I from importers
·  Requiring prefectures:
-  Feed for fish, fish meal: Kanagawa, Tokyo, Hokkaido, Ehime, Kumamoto, Mie, Kagoshima, Aichi, Miyagi, Iwate, Chiba, Aomori
-  Others: Shizuoka, Aomori, Yamanashi, Saitama, Nagano, Iwate, Miyagi, Kanagawa, Chiba
·  The certificate should be issued by Japanese official laboratory or by Japanese government designated laboratory.
·  Effective Data: Valid from 26 December 2013 shipment.
2.  Revision of the standard of radioactivity material (134+137 Cs)
·  Previous: 370 Bq/kg
·  Revised: Feed intended for cattle and horse: 100 Bq/kg;
Feed intended for pig: 80 Bq/kg;
Feed intended for poultry: 160 Bq/kg;
Feed for fish: 40 Bq/kg;
Others: 100 Bq/kg.
·  Effective Data: 25 October 2013.
