This Form B is to be submittedwithin 3 working days of (i) the legal completion of a pilot case; (ii) the disbursement of a progress payment for uncompleted properties; (iii) the withdrawal of a pilot case from the pilot trial; or (iv) an abortive property transaction on the part of the buyer or seller.
