Notice of 101 academic year summer dormitory application

Applying time: Begin From 9:00 A.M. April 17 th to 11:59 P.M. April 30 th, 2013.
Public drawing time: The public draw will take place on Gong guan Student Affairs Office with random selection by computer at 9.00 A.M. May 3 th, 2013. We will announce the result immediately on the website of Dormitory Affairs.
Dorm:
Men’s Dorm 2、Women’s Dorm 2B、Women’s Dorm 2、Students’ Dorm 7、Graduate Students’ Dorm
Applying order:
I. Undergraduate student
1. First order: Physical challenged students, student with low income or low and middle income proved.
2. Second order: Overseas Chinese student, international student and dormitory committee.
3. Third order: School part time job, summer intern (NTNU student only), NTNU sports team practice.
4. Fourth order: Chief of camp, student with summer course.
5. Fifth order: others ( please attach with related certification).
6. We will distribute the beds via drawing order when the number of beds is not much enough.

II. Graduate student
1. First order: first-year graduates, physical challenged students, student who have dormitory allowance, student with low income or low and middle income proved.
2. Second order: Overseas Chinese and international student (except from First order’s student), student who is not live in Taipei, new Taipei city (Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli, Gongliao, Ruifang, Pingsi, Shuangsi, Pinglin, Wulai). NTNU sports team.
3. Third order: Except from the First order and Second order’s students.
4. We will distribute the beds via drawing order when the number of beds is not much enough.
Notice( important!):
1. Applicant who is undergraduate should attach certification: Physical challenged student( attach with disability handbook. You don’t have to attach if you had enclosed it before), NTNU sports team (You don’t have to attach it if you are department of Competition), School part time job, summer intern, Chief of camp.
2. Student with summer course: Students must turn in the payment receipt after enrolled to courses. If you haven’t turn in before ??, the qualification of accommodations would be canceled.
3. Applicant who is graduate should attach certification: Physical challenged student (attach with disability handbook. You don’t have to attach if you had enclosed it before), NTNU sports team( You don’t have to attach it if you are department of Competition).
4. Certification will be needed if we are not sure about your registered permanence residence and current habitation. If you didn’t submit the certification, we will take the application system’s registered permanence residence as the standard.
5. If we find out that you move your registered permanence residence on purpose and you are not living there. Degrade will be executed and you will be regarded as the last of the list. Our goal is to protect the right for student who is truly live far away from school.
6. Please make sure to fill out your post office account, we cannot return your deposit if your data is not correct.
7. If physical challenged student want to apply special room for the disabled, please hand in your special room application (download at the Dormitory Affairs website).
8. If you didn’t apply during the announcement time, degrade will be executed. If you apply after the announcement time, please contact with the related administrator. You are going to be degraded and been assigned to the waiting list.
9. Living qualification will be canceled if you are graduated, dropped out of school or quit school.
10. Your document can be handed in Heping Office of Dormitory Affairs, Gong guan Office of Student Affairs before 5:00 P.M. May 1,2013.
11. You have to move out in June 23 th, 2013. If your dorm and personnel bed is extremely dirty and are not clean as the rule. We will confiscate your advanced payment and cancel your right of living dormitory for one year, revocation of summer living application as well. If your personnel bed or public area( including door area) still have trash after the cleaning, personnel bed will be fined NT $300, public area will be fined NT $150.
