NOTICE INVITING BIDS FOR LEASED PREMISES

Vijaya Bank, Regional office, Hubli, invites sealed bids under 2 bid system for leased premises in Pashupathihal as detailed below:

  1. The premises should be located in the Main Commercial Street or in commercial cum residential area.
  1. Area required for the leased premises is around 1200 Sq.ft. Carpet Area, on ground floor.
  1. Interested parties who have clear marketable title may submit their offer, under 2 covers super scribed as "TECHNICAL BID' and "PRICE BID" respectively.
  1. Technical bid should contain the details of the specification of the premises.
  1. Price bid shall contain nothing but rent aspect of the premises without any condition.
  1. Last date for submission of bid : Before 5.00 PM Date: 17.12.2015
  1. Bid documents should be addressed to The Asst General Manager, Vijaya Bank ,Regional Office, Lamington road ,Hubli,in a sealed cover super scribed as "Technical bid" and "Price bid" separately.
  1. Offer of technical bid and price bid submitted in the same cover will not be entertained. It should be submitted in 2 covers, separately.
  1. Priority will be given to the premises offered by Public Sector Banks/Undertakings/Govt. Departments.
  1. Offer received later than above date/through the brokers would be rejected.
  1. Bank reserves the right to reject any/all the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.

  1. Approved Layout plan (copy) along with photo of front elevation of the building.
  2. Copy of permission received from the competent authority for commercial use of the premises.
  3. NOC obtained from Government under urban land ceiling registration.
  4. Plan of the building approved by the competent authority.

14. / I/We agree to construct/provide the following:
  1. Repair work of the premises will be done by me/us.
  2. White washing/colour washing of the premises will be done at my/our cost.
  3. Execute the lease as per bank's format.
  4. Registration charges will be borne by the bank/owners on 50:50 basis.
  5. During the pendency of lease, bank has got the option to vacate the premises by giving one month's notice.
  6. Providing minimum of 2 toilets for gents/ladies staff members.
  7. Agree to construct strong room as per RBI specifications after providing strong room door by the bank.
  8. Car parking facility
  9. Water facility in the premises
  10. Sewerage facility in the premises
  11. Agree to provide grills to all the windows
  12. Agree to provide collapsible & rolling shutter in the front entrance.
  13. Separate meter for electricity/water charges
  14. For every 10sqftone light point and one power point of 5 Amps and 15 Amps each and for 200 sqft one Fan point should be provided
  15. A separate sloping ramp along with handrail at the entrance for physically challenged persons will be provided.
