6:30 – Briefing Meeting/Department Reports – The Briefing Meeting will be Held in the Conference Room of the Midway Community Center. No Official Action will be Taken and the Meeting will be Open to the Public.

2. General Consent Calendar
Be it hereby moved that the following general consent calendar items stand approved:

c. Minutes of the 7 August 2013 City Council Special Meeting
d. Minutes of the 7 August 2013 City Council Closed Meeting
e. Minutes of the 14 August 2013 City Council Regular Meeting
f. Ordinance 2013-10 Amending Title 7 of the Midway City Municipal Code Regarding the Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
g. Resolution 2013-32 Amending the Midway City Policies and Procedures Regarding Fleet Gas Cards
h. Ordinance 2013-11 Amending Title 2 of the Midway City Municipal Code Regarding Prayer and Opening Remarks at City Meetings
i. Resolution 2013-33 Adopting Revised and Additional Standard Bond Agreements for Development within Midway City

3. Public Comment – Comments will be Taken on Any Item not Scheduled for a Public Hearing, as Well as on Any Other City Business. Comments are Limited to Two Minutes per Speaker. The Council Cannot Act on Items not Listed on the Agenda, and Therefore, the Council may or may not Respond to Non-Agenda Issues Brought up Under Public Comment. Those Wishing to Comment Should use the Podium, State Their Full Name and Address, Whom They Represent and the Subject Matter to be Addressed. Total Time Allocated to Public Comments will be no More than 10 Minutes.
4. Valais Phase 5C/Plat Amendment (Paul Berg) – A Request to Amend the Plat Map for Phase 5C of the Valais PUD Located on Saxon Drive (Zoning is RA-1-43). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.

7. Johnson Mill Inn/Conditional Use Permit (Genene Cluff) – A Request to Grant a Conditional Use Permit for an Alcohol Dispensing Establishment at the Johnson Mill Inn Located at 100 North Johnson Mill Road (In the Resort Zone). Recommended with Conditions by the Midway City Planning Commission.
