  • Heads all facilities discussions/projects
  • All equipment and kit orders.
  • Drives committee member recruitment.
  • Liaison with Bluebell pub.

Joint Chairman

  • Club figurehead and ambassador.
  • Leads all club operational activities.
  • Ensures the Club adheres to the philosophy, regulations and welfare policies.
  • Drives committee member recruitment.
  • Liaison with Northborough and Deeping-based social/training facilities.

Secretary

  • All admin functions, communication with all leagues, fines, transfers, player registrations.
  • Any fixture queries, pitch or training requirements.
  • Liaison with AMVC and other pitch locations on pitch plan.
  • Re-arranging of fixtures with other clubs and all communication with other clubs.
  • Club and Exec meeting organization and agendas.
  • Full Time and Whole Game system issues.

Treasurer

  • All financial issues, collection of funds, payment of invoices.
  • Sets level of subscription and training fees.
  • Banking and management of accounts.
  • Reconciliation of club and team finances and subsequent reporting.
  • Preparation of end of year accounts.

Football Development Officer

  • All football matters relating to player, team and training issues, facilities issues and development.
  • Development meeting chair and organization.
  • Represents club with NFA, PDFL and Peterborough Council.
  • Keeper of club philosophy and codes of conduct.

Welfare Officer

  • All welfare and safeguarding issues relating to player, parent and coach conduct.
  • Heads team of Assistant Welfare Officers
  • Access to club social media accounts.

  • Receive feedback from parents on club activities, coaching, welfare, fund raising etc.
  • Educator on Respect Code of Conduct
