ANNEXURE I
The cost for an individual, covers the following items, based on a three night package – (3rd / 4th / 5th January 2013). Detailed explanation on each item is provided in the following Note.

NOTE ON ANNEXURE I
1. General Remarks
a) The Singapore $ exchange rate can vary between Rs.45/- to Rs.50/- per S$ 1.00.
b) Members have the choice of staying at the Hotel, at the discounted rate prior to 3rd January 2013 or after 5th January 2013 or after return from the Cruise on 9th January 2013, provided firm booking is made by the specified date i.e. 5th October 2012 as in the letter.
2. Air Travel and Visa:
a) Members may make their air bookings through Spenta Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. (ST&T), our official agent to select the airline, the flight, the Class and the dates for travel to Singapore and back, and the cruise.
b) ST&T will also arrange for the Singapore visa. In the event the members are taking the cruise, then an additional visa for Thailand and Malaysia will be required.
c) Visa and Overseas Medical Insurance (if required) can also be arranged through ST&T.
d) The air ticket cost is as prevalent on date. The cost may increase depending upon the timing of your booking. Members are, therefore, advised to book their ticket at the earliest to obtain the lowest prevailing fare.
e) The cheque for air fares, visa and insurance should be made in favour of Spenta Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. and mailed directly to the travel agent with copy to WZCC vide email: .
f) Copies of all correspondence with ST&T should be marked to WZCC Mumbai.
3. Airport Transfers
a) Members will need to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The one-way taxi fare will be around S$ 35 (Rs.1,750/-). The travel time from airport to hotel is around 30 minutes.
4. Hotel
a) The 5-star hotel selected by WZCC is Hotel Marina Mandarin.
b) While confirming the Hotel booking members are required to make advance payment by cheque for one night’s stay, payable to Spenta Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. for Rs.8,525/- per person. The written application for the Hotel booking should state the date of arrival / check-in at the Hotel, the date of departure and one or more rooms as required.
c) The check-in and check-out timings are 2.00 p.m. and 12 noon respectively.
5. Lunch & Gala Event
a) The amount for this item is a fraction of the total cost per head.
b) Members will need to make payment in S$ at the Hotel prior to entry for the event, against which lunch and dinner coupons will be issued.
6. Sight-Seeing
a) 3rd January 2013

7. Superstar VirgoCruise - Singapore / Penang / Phuket / Singapore
a) This Cruise Line has the most modern and luxurious fleet. The diverse facilities included on board the floating resort are –

- 15 F&B outlets with various cuisines
- Shopping arcades
- Pool and Jacuzzi
- Library
- Gymnasium
- Meeting / Conference / Convention rooms
- Entertainment shows – discos, live music
The ship has 13 decks. The rooms are spread out on each deck.
There are various categories of cabins available on this ship, but only a few are open for sale for those boarding from Singapore.

The sight-seeing tours in Penang and Phuket will be announced on board. You have an option to stay on board or do sight-seeing tours on payment basis at your cost.
c) The cost for Indian Passport holders for various categories of cabins is as follows:

Please note:
- The above cruise cost is for minimum 20 passengers
- The above cost includes passenger handling charges and fuel surcharge which is subject to change
- The cost mentioned above is only for those cabins available for sailing from Singapore.
- The rates mentioned above are tentative as negotiations for getting competitive rates is still on.
d) After the cruise one night in the hotel with breakfast can be arranged by ST&T.Upon request by the concerned member and at normal rates prevailing at that time.
e) The cruise rates are valid for booking prior to 15th October 2012.
f) Payment to be made to Spenta Travels & Tours Pvt. Ltd. by cheque (payable at Mumbai)based on the cabin selected.
