Not-For-Profit Summit 2013

Date: Wednesday 9 October 10.00am-3.25pm
Venue: West Gippsland Arts Centre, corner of Smith and Albert Streets Warragul

Victoria is changing.Demands on Victoria's community organisations are changing. Demand for services and support is increasing and expectations are changing as our demographics and population density shift. Funding is changing with a growing interest in new opportunities, in addition to government and philanthropy, through an emerging social finance market. New approaches are being sought – outcomes based and client controlled – epitomised in the model for DisabilityCare Australia.

These changes have huge implications for not-for-profit and community sector organisations and decisions need to be made now about how to build the capacity and capability needed for the future operating environment.

Come and learn how not-for-profit and community sector practitioners are taking action to adapt to this emerging environment and building sustainable organisations for the future.Practical workshops on governance, volunteering, workforce development and enterprise development are featured and will appeal to operational staff and managers from a wide range of community sector organisations.

Don't wait until it's too late...take 'Actions for Sustainability' now!
