Conditions of Entry

1.  Competitors must be under the specified age on the last day of the tournament.

2.  Seeding will be carried out by England Squash.

3.  England Squash approved clothing to be worn.

4.  It is an England Squash requirement that all junior players wear eye protection on court.

5.  Competitors must report to the tournament desk 15 minutes before their match time. Players not available 10 minutes after the match start time will be scratched.

6.  Parents are requested not to interfere with matches. Complaints should be addressed formally to the Tournament desk.

7.  The draw will be emailed to participants the week before the tournament and also posted on the Club’s website www.yarmsquashclub.co.uk

8.  Current England Squash disciplinary procedures will be enforced for this tournament. Withdrawal from the tournament must be notified to the organiser as soon as possible by telephone with a valid reason. Your reason should then be confirmed in writing to England Squash (PO Box 52, Manchester, M12 5FF. Fax No: 0161 231 4231) within 7 days and, in the event of illness or injury, should be accompanied by a letter of explanation (from parent or coach) or medical certificate.

9.  Competitors may not enter more than one category.

10.  Players will be required to mark when asked to do so by the organisers.

11.  The competition format will be Monrad, subject to the number of entrants per category, giving players more matches and greater involvement in the tournament.

12.  All finalists are expected to attend the presentation.

13.  The organisers, sponsors or the Club are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of personal injury, loss or damage that may be sustained during the Tournament.

15.  Closing date for entries is Friday, 23rd October 2015. The number of entries is restricted to 16 per category and no refunds will be given after the closing date.
