POLICY COUNCIL NOTE MINUTES

  5. Sign-up for committees and officers—ERSEA, Financial, Personnel, Health Advisory(handout)—Shelby went over all committees and let the group know about what they meet on. Asked for them to please sign up where they are interested
  6. Nov. 11th—Health Advisory Meeting in Colby
  7. HS & EHS Monthly Budget and Review-Kathy Eberle

Kathy & Shelby went over payroll & the percentage of what people work in each program for- Where the monies go and how it is divided out for each program. Also, looked at all the budget spread sheets and the different line items where money goes.

Discussed the font card, checking out from Rose. Talked about segregation of duty. Several people are all involved when checks are written or if someone goes to the bank. Committee looked over the warrants & what money was spent. Shelby talked about showing the PC how to do a PO at the next few meetings.

Steph talked about this and we had a good audit and no news for this year—so no audit for this year.
