DONATION: We ask that at the conclusion of the day all stallholders donate 10% of the day’s sales to the North West Branch of the Australian Brain Foundation.
Please include payment with your booking form.

General Information for Exhibitors
DATE: Saturday, 16th November, 2013
TIME: Saturday: 9.30am - 4.00pm
LOCATION: Tamworth Racecourse
ELECTRICITY: Electricity requirements to be kept to a minimum, please.
CASH HANDLING: All exhibitors to be responsible for handling of their own cash and sales. Please ensure you have a sufficient float for cash handling. Money security will be the responsibility of each exhibitor. Cash and food handling requirements must be adhered to i.e. Gloves or nominated person to handle cash
SET UP & MOVE OUT: Access to the site will be from 7am Saturday- the racecourse will close at 8.00pm on Saturday. Please be careful and considerate of the racehorses when using the back lane to access the stall area. Drive Slowly!
PARKING: Exhibitors to park in members parking area
SECURITY: Exhibitors to be responsible for their own stall security. Ground security will be provided.
INSURANCE: Public liability insurance will be taken out for the general public area. Each exhibitor shall be responsible for staff as well as your own produce (if applicable) and public liability.
HEALTH REGULATIONS: Strict regulations apply for the handling and preparation of all foods. Please contact Tamworth Regional Council (Wayne Pullman – 02 6767 5826) if you have any specific food handling enquiries.
PROMOTION: There will be radio, television and newspaper promotion running prior to the event and media coverage during the Fair
EQUIPMENT: Trestle tables and chairs are available for hire (see price list on booking form). All other equipment is the responsibility of the exhibitor.

STALL BOOKINGS: Bookings are made on a first in first served basis. The Committee reserves the right to limit stallholders selling similar product.
Please note that the Tamworth Jockey Club does not allow Stall holders to bring pet dogs as racehorses are stabled at the grounds.
