The Northview Senior All Night Party Committee is pleased to announce they will be hosting the 2017 Northview Fall Festival & Craft Show. We hope you will consider being part of this exciting opportunity to exhibit and sell your produce, art & craft items.

Set Up Hours:Saturday,December 2nd from 7am-8:45am
Booth Rentals:
$35.00 per booth (10’x10’)
$50.00 per booth (14’x10’)
$60.00 per double booth (18’x10’)
$25.00 hallway single 6 foot table (no add’l floor space available)
$25.00 outside space
$5 Electrical access
Each booth will be provided one 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Additional tables may be available for $10.
All applicants will receive placement consideration on a first come first paid basis. Space restrictions necessitate that some of the assigned areas will not conform to exact dimensions but square footage will be the same. Produce, art and craft booths will be limited to only 3 similar products per category (for example, only three booths will be allowed with mittens).
We will be using the Northview News, M-live, The Cadence, flyers throughout the community including student folders, posters and other online media advertising for this event. A copy of our flyer will be emailed to you for you to share as well.
We reserve the right to ask you to remove offensive or inappropriate items from your booth.
Concessions will be available and a sack lunch can be pre-ordered for $5.00. No cooking demonstrations are permitted.
Please consider making a donation of your art/craft product to be used as a door prize raffle.
Complete and return your application and payment no later than October 31, 2017. Checks may be made payable to NHS SANP Class of 2018 and sent to NHS SANP Class of 2018, c/o Nicky Mioduch, 4300 Plainfield Ave NE Ste E, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. You will receive a confirmation email.

The Northview High School Senior All Night Party and affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, damaged or stolen articles or any injury.
I have read the above and I understand that the Northview High School is only renting space to me for display of goods and assumes no responsibility for loss or damage that I may suffer.
