Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be in writing to Bob Rogers Travel. All money and fees paid prior to the cancellation are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No refunds or credits will be issued for a cancelled participant. Reservations may not be changed within 45 days of travel.

Group Travel Protection:

Group Travel Protection is offered through Travel Insured International. This insurance is separate and available for you to purchase on your own and is not included in the package price.

Your Disney Trip Includes:

  • Personal service and attention
  • Three deluxe 56 passenger, climate controlled, VCR/DVD and restroom equipped motor coaches
  • Gratuities and accommodations for your motor coach drivers
  • 3 nights accommodations at the Rosen Centre Hotel (or similar)
  • 2 private nighttime security guards at the hotel (10:30pm-5:30am)
  • 3 breakfasts at the hotel
  • Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament
  • 3 Disney Dining Cards ($15.00 each)
  • 4-Day starter ticket to Walt Disney World
  • Disney “Performing Arts on Stage “Performance (date TBD)

  • All taxes, service charges and gratuities for restaurant and hotel facilities
  • Bob Rogers Travel Hotel Contract – Assurance that the hotel will abide by the student friendly bylaws that BRT has agreed upon with the hotel
  • Insurance Coverage as recommended by Student Youth Travel Association
  • $200,000 Consumer Protection Plan
  • Company Tour Director – On-site trip coordinator who manages all trip details at your destination

Not Included:

  • Dinner on the way to Orlando (fast food type stops)
  • Lunch and snacks while at Animal Kingdom
  • Lunch and snacks while at Magic Kingdom
  • Lunch and snacks while at Hollywood Studios
  • Lunch and snacks while at Epcot Center
  • Breakfast and lunch on the trip home (fast food type stops)
