Site Administration Officer

Northern Star Resources Limited (ASX: NST) is a dynamic and rapidly growing Australian gold producer with a strong emphasis on high-grade, low-cost mines with robust margins and a production profile of >350,000oz per annum. The Company owns and operates the following gold mines: Paulsens, Plutonic, Kanowna Belle and Kundana (including the East Kundana Joint Venture (NST 51%)), and also has a strong exploration focus with a significant land package covering ~10,000km2 in prospective areas of Western Australia.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Site Administration Officer at our Plutonic Operation in the Pilbara. This is a FIFO position on an 8:6 roster offering substantial lifestyle opportunities.

Key responsibilities of the role are to:

  • Provide general clerical, human resources and administrative support
  • Maintain the data management system
  • Undertake the booking of charter flights, car hire and accommodation for Northern Star Resources personnel and visitors
  • Ensure all site access requirements are adhered to
  • Manage administration and human resources monthly reports
  • Transport employees and visitors to and from the airport
  • Promote general awareness to onsite personnel of company Occupational Health and Safety standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • Minimum 12 months mine site Administration experience
  • Must have extensive InFlight experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience
  • Experience booking flights and accommodation
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • A sound knowledge of Pronto software
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Current WA police clearance
  • Current C Class manual drivers licence
