7) Research your meal choices. Find a restaurant you would usually go to and write down the meal and the nutritional info about the meal. Please include N/A if it does not apply. With every meal you have room for 3 items ( ex. Hamburger, fries, and an appetizer) if you need it. Do not forget to include a drink and desert if you would normally have those items. For water, simply write water in the drink area. You may need additional internet resources for the drinks (google “nutritional information of coke” for example) For each meal you choose there is a set of questions and a chart for the nutritional information. BOTH MUST BE FILLED OUT.
