How to Register Online

Go to:

https://secure.youthscience.ca/sfiab/northernbritishcolumbia3/index.php

Once there, click the Registration button. You will need to register and then wait for the arrival of an email to the email address that you used with a temporary password.

*The system will not allow more than one name in the Username box. To avoid duplicates, with other participants with the same name, it is suggested that you use the student’s first name and last name with no space between. I.e. JoeSmith

*If the students are in a pair, they WILL need to register separately. Once the students are registered on the Registration site, there is a place to indicate that they are partnered with another student. Follow the instructions on the pages. Both students must have done the initial registration and have passwords before the system will recognize and register that they are a partnership.

*If the Sponsor Teacher wants access to their student’s registration information it is suggested that they put their own staff email address in the box for the registered email address. The temporary password is then sent to the teacher. The teacher can then set the password for each student. Teachers will then have a record of the usernames and password if any are forgotten.

Registration Deadline

Tuesday March 14: Online registration of all projects must be completed. Either the sponsor teacher or the student registers the projects online. Registration will close at midnight, Mar 10. Late entries will NOT be accepted.

Signature Page Deadline

Friday March 17: Signature Page Due

At the end of the online registration, print out the signature page for each student. This page needs to be signed by the parents, the student and the sponsor teacher. Please make sure to check the media release box.
