The Construction Youth Trust works with disadvantaged young people to remove barriers and open up training and employment opportunities in Construction. Through our various projects we help young people to fulfil their full potential, build confidence and self esteem and provide a chance to develop and demonstrate their natural skills and abilities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic graduate who would like to gain further experience of the charity sector and use their undoubted skills in a positive way to support our projects across the North-West and the South East and generally help with the running of our North-West office. This is a great development opportunity to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. We embrace ideas and innovation and this opportunity could lead to something bigger for the right person. So, why not come and help us make a difference to the lives of young disadvantaged people between the ages of 14 – 30.
