The 2011 ANNUAL NORTH PLAINFIELD STREET FAIR
We are getting prepared for our 2011 Street Fair and we want you to join us! The fair will be held on Saturday, June 11th, from noon until 5pm. Our long-time, annual fair draws people from throughout the area for an afternoon of games, shopping, food and fun. Additionally, the North Plainfield Lions Club will again be hosting their annual charity Chili Cook Off Competition at the fair! As always we will have live music and entertainment throughout the day too.
Attached you will find information on the fair and an application. If you participated in the past, we look forward to seeing you again this year - we request that you pass this package on to your successor if you are no longer responsible for your organization’s involvement. If you are new, please join us!
We do have a deadline shown on the application and would appreciate receiving your application as soon as possible. This will help you in obtaining a spot of your choice; just as in previous years we will be using ‘first come, first serve’ when drawing up our location assignments. We ask that you provide us with a complete listing of the products and services you plan to offer. Any change in this list must be reported to us before June 11th. Your cooperation is essential.
