North Country Kickers

May/June 2017 News Letter

Howdy Everyone,

I am sure that I don’t say this enough, so let me say it now, thank you, thank you, thank you, to each and every member and non-member that helps make the North Country Kickers a fun place to play. Our dance lessons, our dances, our meetings, our demo team, and just the general housekeeping that has to be done as a club, all of these things take time and effort. No one person makes us successful, but there are many that contribute their time and it continues to work for our club.

We have come to the end of another successful dance session. It was great fun and a great job was done by Charlie and the group of teachers! I am not a “hot summer” person, so let’s have a nice mild weather season, enjoy the summer ahead and the weather, then look ahead to starting our next dance session!

Make sure to check your calendar for our already scheduled dances. Our first non- club sponsored dance is 5/36:30 PM at Equity Hall. The cost is $4.00 a person. Be sure to spread the word, everyone is welcome!

I will be coming up with more dates for dances as we progress throughout the summer. If you are not notified by e-mail (Thank you Vickie), feel free to call or text me at 715-927-2076.

If you want to continue to dance, our neighbors to the south (Patty & Joe) dance most every Thursday night at the Elk’s Club.Check with Charlie or Nancy if you have questions on attending a dance in Green Bay.

Be well, be happy, and keep dancing,

John Guarisco – President
