LEARN TO PLAY HOCKEY PROGRAM

The NAYHL Learn to Play Hockey program is a season-long hockey clinic designed to help children develop basic hockey and skating skills. Emphasis is placed on skills, fun, team play, and safety. Children will receive a team jersey and will be placed on teams that participate in drills and play games against each other. Our volunteer coaches will help your children develop their hockey skills. Recommended skill level is one to two years of skating experience. Completion of the NAYHL Learn to Skate program is preferred but not required.

Equipment required: skates, hockey helmet w/ cage (HECC approved), hockey gloves, shin pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads, hockey pants, jock support and protection, garter belt, socks and stick.

ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE USA HOCKEY APPROVED.

Program Specifics:

Learn to Play Hockey will be held on weekend mornings beginning early October, 2008 through mid-March, 2009.

Cost: $675.00 ($100 due at registration (non-refundable); $300 due Sept. 28; $275 balance due Nov. 1)
