Rules:

·  Your Pool Party date must be reserved with the Pool Committee prior to the event. Please contact Chris Heyel at (912) 313-3111 to schedule.

·  The Pool Party registration form must be completed and given to the Pool Committee with payment prior to the event.

·  There is a two-hour time limit for parties and includes use of pavilion.

·  You are responsible to clean-up after your pool party. A $50.00 cleaning and damage deposit will be collected, in the form of a separate check, in advance. The check will be returned if the person on duty perceives that there is no damage and you have finished the clean-up.

·  Having current pool members, or their children, on party invite lists does not relinquish the party planner(s) from paying the appropriate party fees.

Fees:

Small Swim Parties (up to 20 individuals in the party)

·  Pool Facility Base Charge $75.00

·  Party Lifeguard Base Charge $50.00

Large Swim Parties (over 20 individuals in the party with a max of 40) are scheduled at the discretion of the Pool Manager. This is based on pool safety.

·  Pool Facility Base Charge $100.00

·  Party Lifeguard Base Charge $ 75.00
