Dear group member

Our next Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group meeting will take place on 17th October 2015, in the Bob Champion building on the right as you come towards the hospital outpatients car parks. There is parking directly behind this building – if you take the turning on the right signposted for the Public Car Park, then the next right which takes you to a car park behind the building. There is a barrier for this car park but we have a pass for the day to let you in.

Our speaker this time will be Emma Dix, Senior Occupational Therapist, who is going to give us some practical tips for managing day to day, living with a condition that commonly causes people to feel very tired and lacking in energy. Some of you may well have some ideas and coping strategies that you would like to share with the group too.

As always, you are very welcome to bring someone along if you would like to – if you are hoping to attend if you could let me know on 01603 289654 so that I can make sure I have enough tea and coffee. Our meeting falls just after IPF week across the UK and Europe, so I thought perhaps instead of a raffle this time we could have a cake stall and divide any funds raised between our two charities, British Lung Foundation and Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis. If anyone fancies bringing along some cake that would be great!

Do get in touch if you have any questions and I look forward to seeing you on 17th October.

Kind regards

Sandra
