PRIMARY SOURCES

The County Department of Family and Children Services does not oppose the release of information from primary sources.(originators of information) when the County Department either obtained already prepared information or that requested information be prepared/ developed for children/ families in child protective services. The primary source has the right to request whatever authorization the source chooses and to determine whether or not the information will be releases.
