Application deadline and payment is May 30, 2018. After May 30, 2018 add $50.00 late fee
Parking for vendors is not provided and this will be strictly enforced..

Vendor Specifications 2018
- Electrical Service:one 15 amp circuit (additional fees apply for increased service)
- No fridges or cooking appliances will be allowed
- (all vendors are required to bring own electrical extension cords, covers for cords and light for inside tent)
- All licenses and fees required by law for the site.
- Recycling and garbage disposal responsibility of vendor

All vendors must supply proof of insurance in keeping with the requirements of the City of Windsor. All certificates of insurance must be included with payment and list :
The Corporation of the City of Windsor,The Windsor Parade Corporation and World’s Finest Shows as additional insured.
The Applicant Agrees to the Following:
To indemnify and save harmless the Windsor Parade Corporation, The Corporation of The City of Windsor, World’s Finest Shows, its servants and agents from and against all loss, costs, actions, charges or damages which it may suffer or be put to and from and against all claims and or actions which may be made or brought against the Windsor Parade Corporation, The Corporation of The City of Windsor or World’s Finest Shows, its servants and agents arising from the Summer Fest Event or from any non-compliance with or violation of the terms of this agreement and all schedule to it.
This will confirm that I have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions as outlined, in all pages of this Vendor Application form for Summer Fest 2018.
