Instructions:

In the submission form you are asked to provide information about the project that you are nominating. Preferably all, but at least two participants from two different EUREKA Member Countries per project, must submit the nomination questionnaire together. In addition, you can provide links to your company’s or research institution’s web pages, product web pages, photos, videos, etc. Please stay within the mentioned word count, and provide a clear and precise answer to the assessment questions, so that the jury can assess your proposal on its merits.

Your nomination questionnaire should be sent in WORD format by email to . In the subject line of your e-mail you must refer to your EUREKA project number and acronym. The submission deadline is 31 December 2017.
