R16.1.2 – Nomination by Petition

Nomination of candidates for Officers and Directors elected-at-large other than those nominated by the Nominating Committee may be made in writing by not fewer than two hundred (200) of the voting members. Members of the Nominating Committee are not eligible to become candidates by petition. Petitions for nomination, containing the original signatures of each petitioner, together with the nominee’s written consent, shall be presented to the Executive Director at least twenty-two (22) weeks prior to the Annual Meeting (January 11, 2016).
