Paying in instalments

Students paying £650 can pay in instalments. This service will incur a £15 admin fee. The deposit of £265 is due and then 2 following payment of £200.

Bus passes will only be issued once payment has been received in full.

If you haven’t already please complete the funding application form (available from May’16) and return with proof of household income along with this form. You will only be able to pay a reduced rate if you provide proof of income and are eligible for help from student funding.

Payment: If you are applying to pay a reduced rate then we will contact you to take payment once the funding form has been processed. You can pay by cash, cheque or card.

Student agreement:

By completing this form you are agreeing to the following:

-  I understand I must show my bus pass in order to get on to the bus.

-  I will be considerate to other passengers and the bus driver at all times

-  I will be well behaved in line with the College’s expectations of me as outlined in the College code of conduct.

-  If I were to cause any damage to the bus then I understand I am fully liable to pay for all damages.

-  I understand that as my seat on the bus will be booked for the full academic year, and is non-refundable.

-  Replacement bus passes cost £2 from the Student Advice Centre.
