1.Open Tender in sealed cover for licensing of the contract forCar,Taxi,Auto-Rickshaw,Toto,Rickshawetc.ParkingStand at the following Railway station is invited by the Divisional Railway Manager (Commercial), N.F.Railway, Alipurduar Junction for aperiod of 03 (three) years.

The license fee for first year will be fixed on the highest bid of the reserve price shown above and from the next year it will be enhanced @ 10% 0f the license fee at previous year.
2.Tender Forms with terms and conditions including other information.
On Tender can be collected from the Office of the Sr.Divisional Commercial Manager Alipurduar Junction in any working day from 12-02-2018 to 13-03-2018 up to12.00 hours on payment of Rs. 1000.00 (One thousand) only to be deposited with Coaching Supervisor, Alipurduar Junction Railway Station. The cost of Tender form is non refundable. The Tender Form can also be downloaded from web site In case, the Tender Form is obtained from the website, the applicant should deposit a Bank Draft amounting to Rs. 1000.00 (One thousand) drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favour of FA & CAO / N.F.Railway, Maligaon towards cost of the Tender Form along with the Tender Documents.
3.Each Tenderer shall have to deposit Earnest Money drawn in favour of FA & CAO / N.F.Railway, Maligaon in the form of DCR/FDR/Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank of India and to be deposited with the Tender. Earnest Money of unsuccessful Tenderer will be refunded in full without any interest. The Tender (s) without Earnest Money will be rejected summarily.

4.The Tenderer should drop his / her sealed tender along with the following documents. Certificates in the Tender Box kept at the Chamber of Asstt. Commercial Manager, N.F.Railway, Alipurduar Junction. The sealed tenders will be received up to 12.00 hours of 14-03-2018.The Tender Box will be opened at 16.00 hours on 14-03-2018 The Tenders received after date and time, as mentioned above, will not be accepted.
The following documents must be attached with the Tender Form:-
i)Earnest Money deposit DCR/FDR/DD of any nationalized bank. ii)Recent Passport size photograph of the Tenderer (duty self attested).
iii)Net worth of the bidder should not be less then Rs.10/-lakhs.
iv)Proof of residential certificate.
v)Character certificate given by whom the applicant should produce
from District Magistrate/ Addl.Magistrate/ Sub District Magistrate/
Block development officer or Tehsilder.
vi)The bidder should have minimum 03 (three) years experience
certificate of the same nature of work.
vii)The applicant should not be under 18 years of age and should be at
least class-x pass. However educational qualification can be relaxed
by Sr.SCM/DCM if there is no applicant otherwise available.
viii) selected applicant will also have to produce a certificate from the
Police serving his/ her locality that no criminal case is pending
against his/ her.
In case the date of opening of tender falls on holiday / closed day for unforeseen reason, the Tender Box will be opened on the next working day. The Railway Administration reserves the right.
