· Please read all clothing details /descriptions on the website or from the clothing catalogue before ordering as sizing may differ for each style.
· Pieces will be embroidered as they are ordered, so we CANNOT make returns if an item does not fit. We will do our best to help you re-sell an item to another GSA if it does not fit.
· Some styles are available in TALLS or larger sizes, but not all are. Those that carry larger sizes and TALLS are so designated in their description.
· Some fleece vests/jackets will be added to this collection as we get closer to fall.
· To help keep pricing down, orders will be placed in “groups.” Once we have an order of 20 pieces or more, we will put an email out saying, ‘last call to order’ and then we will place an order.
· If you have earned or are coming due for your free 50-hour shirt, please email Kelly – . For your FREE 50 hour shirt, you will be asked to choose from items that are already in stock or that may be hold-overs from a previous vendor. Since we have already expended money for these items, we must distribute them first if possible. If an in-stock item is not available in your size, you may choose from one of the following two options: Jerzees Spot Shield Polo - 437W (women’s) 437 (men’s) OR the Ash City Core 365 Performance Pique Polo - 78181 (women’s) 88181 (men’s). The Ash City selection also comes in TALLs. Send your size and preference to Kelly.
· Once pieces have arrived you will be contacted with a pick-up location. If you wish to have your item mailed to you, there will be an additional $5.00 charge to cover postage.
· You may order on line through the NHGSA website with a credit card.
· You may also print out your order form (or write it down) and mail it to us with a check made payable to: NHGSA.
