Sub:Human Resource – Recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager (Human Resource)in E-1 Grade – Applications Called for – Reg.

It is proposed to consider the internalemployees, who are meeting the qualifying norms indicated below, for appointment to the post of Assistant Manager(Human Resource) in E-1 Grade, subject to assessment of their suitability: -
Qualifying norms:
i)Degree in any discipline and
(a)Post Graduate Degree in Social Work / Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Welfare; (or)
(b)Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of minimum two years’ duration in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / HRM / Labour Welfare / Labour Management / Labour Administration.
ii)Should have adequate knowledge in Hindi andEnglish Languages;
iii)Should have minimum two years of remaining service as on 01-05-2012.
Method of Selection: Written Examination and Personal Interview.
Place of posting: Selected candidate will be posted initially at Barsingsar Project / Rajasthan. However, they required to work in any Unit / Area / Place situated in India under the control of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited or in any Joint Venture / Associate / Subsidiary company of Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited, to which they may be posted.
How to apply: Internal candidates, who are meeting the eligibility norms as above, may apply through ONLINE only by visiting Company’s intranetfrom 10:00 hrs on 10/05/2012to 17:00 hrs on 18/05/2012. On successful submission of application through online, a Registration–Cum– Application Form will be generated, enabling the candidates to take print out. The print out of the Registration–Cum–Application Form, duly signed and attached with copies of certificates including Community Certificate, should be submitted to the concerned Unit Heads on or before25/05/2012.
For those applied earlier(or) failed to apply against the earlier Project Notification No.CORP/HR/456/012/2011, Dated 08-03-2012:
Those failed to apply ONLINE for the post of Asst. Manager (HR), notified in the previous Project Notification referred above, are given another chance and they may also apply now by following the same procedures / time limits indicated in the “How to apply” column above. Those already applied ONLINEfor the post of AM (HR) in response to the previousProject Notification and also wish to apply for the post notified now (for initial posting at Barsingsar Project / Rajasthan) should register their willingness through ONLINE and submit the printout of the ‘System generated Willingness Letter’, duly signed, to the concerned Unit Heads.
The Unit Heads are requested to forward the Registration–Cum–Application Formswith enclosures/ Willingness Letters, submitted by the aspirant employees, so as to reach the Chief Manager (HR), Recruitment Cell, Human Resource Department, Corporate Office,immediately on receipt of Registration-cum-Application Forms/ Willingness Letters.
The Registration–Cum–Application Forms received without proper verification by the respective Unit HR Head, with regard to qualification, experience, community status etc., will not be considered.
