ITEM 1: MEMORIAL SERVICE FOR SHARON HELDT, BAR MEMBER
Sharon D. Heldt, 56, passed away of natural causes on September 10, 2013 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas and her law degree from the University of Houston Law School. She spent 20 years in private practice, focusing on family law, probate, real estate and bankruptcy. Sharon volunteered many years for Habitat for Humanity. She, along with several committed volunteers, founded the Fort Bend Habitat for Humanity in 1992. She served Habitat for Humanity as executive director for Fort Bend County and also Habitat for Washington County, Arkansas. She also served a number of years as President of Quail Valley Townhouses. She was a very giving person and touched the lives of many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marian and Richard Heldt. She is survived by her family, brother James Heldt and his wife Amy of Carrollton, Texas, brother Scott Heldt of Corpus Christi, Texas, and her nephews, Gabriel Fain, Zach Fain and Noah Heldt. She is also survived by relatives in Pennsylvania.

Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Missouri City, Texas on Wednesday, October 3, 2013 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Habitat for Humanity.
