Automatically grease trailers on the go with new centralized lubrication system
System provides automatic lubrication for multiple points on a trailer
MORRISVILLE, N.C., USA (April 11, 2005) — Bijur Lubrication Corporation, a leading global manufacturer of centralized lubrication systems and components, has announced the availability of its ChassisCare SureShot automatic centralized lubrication system for trailers at the recent Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY. The product will be assembled and shipped from Bijur’s plant in Kinston, NC.
The SureShot automatic lubrication system builds on the SureShot manual system and consists of a grease lubricator, electronic controller, a distributor block with four, six, eight, ten or twelve outlets for single or tandem axle trailers, grease-filled distribution tubing and various connection fittings and tubing ties. It is permanently installed on an accessible area of the trailer frame. Other blocks can be added to the system for triple axle applications.
“This product is a natural evolution to trailer lubrication,” said Thomas W. Arndt, President and COO of Bijur. “The trucking world moves so fast that it is imperative to have some time-saving components. The SureShot automatic system saves not only time, but also saves money and resources.”
Key features available with the ChassisCare SureShot automatic system include:
- Choice of reservoir sizes (1/2, 1, 2 and 4 liter options)
- Robust lubricators
- Choice of motor voltage on lubricator (12 and 24 VDC)
- Choice of controller type
- Robust distribution block – allows lubrication for three to 12 points on a trailer
- Variety of zerk fittings for distribution block – provides greater flexibility for installation
- Kit packaging – everything you need to get started is included in the kit
- Sturdy tubing – prefilled with NLGI #1 approved trailer chassis grease
