Ownership
A small US Corporation will be setup
100 % ownership by the real owners of the boat
Registration will be detained by the US Company
Taxes
There is only a yearly Registration-tax of US$ 350 to be paid,the first Year is already included in the Setup Charges .No VAT TVA taxes exists here.
Insurance
We can arrange for suitable Boat Insurance by Lloyds or Simular underwriters for Worldwide coverage .However it will be asked to indicate the Navigational territories were the boat will go.
However it is free for the Client to do it himself .
Flag
The USA Flag is considered as a quality flag
The Vessel can obtain Worldwide Assistance trough all the Embassies of the United States
It is possible to enter all the ports of the world as the USA Flag is respected by most
Of the World Harbour Captains.Always prepare a Crew-list and the clearing from the previous Ports before entering the new Port.

Selling
The boat can easily be sold without taxes .
1-Or by transferring the company-shares to the new buyer.
2-Or by liquidating the company and re-register the boat under a new company.
Territory
A USA registered vessel can operate worldwide.
Bussiness
A USA registered vessel can be used as pure pleasure or can be used to run a business.
In case of a business a yearly tax should be paid of 3 % on the declared income.
Normally we setup the company as being just an owner of the boat with no active business running.
In case the Client wants to run a business on it, please confirm this to us .
Setup
We need : -Copy passport Captain
-Copy passport owner(s)
-Copy Navigation License of the Captain, this can be of any other Country.
-Copy Restricted Radiolicense .
-Copy last bill of sale previous owner if this is an old boat
-Certified copy of the new bill of sale
(will follow as we will send you a bill of sale in Name of your new
Yacht-management Company)
-Online form see internet page
As soon as the new Client applies we will email you the name of his Company , so the Seller can prepare the invoice or bill of sale in NAME of the new US Company.
Procedure
1-receipt of your documents
2-setup of your yacht-management company
3-preparation “bill of sale “in name of your yacht-management company.
4-notarisation of the “bill of sale” by our American Notary in Florida.
5-registration of the yacht and delivery of the OFFICAL NUMBER of the boat.
6-you have to paint those numbers at front starboard and port and on the Back of your boat.
7-radiolicense demand. (we need a list , label and number of all VHF and SSB aboard)
Charges
The Charges includes the full Package , Setup ,Registrations , Notarials etc. US$ 4.650
We will instruct you for the payment of the Charges.
Everything goes by mail.
The boat don’t need to come to the USA .Paperwork will be send by registered Mail.

100 % détenu par le propriétaire effectif du bateau
La US Société deviendra 100% propriétaire du bateau.

Taxes
La taxe annuelle du Registre est de US$ 350 i compris nos services administratifs annuels.
La première année est déjà comprise dans les Charges de la mise en place.
Il n’existe pas de TVA ici aux USA..
Assurance
Nous pouvons arranger pour une assurance Maritime yachting valuable a travers du Lloyds ou de grands Réassureurs
Il est important d’indiquer les zones de navigation ou le bateau fera ses trajectoires afin de définier la prime la plus avantageuse sur le Marché.
Cépendant le Client est libre de arranger ceci par lui-même.
Pavillon US
Le USA Flag est considéré comme un Pavillon de haute qualité.
Le navire pourra obtenir dans le Monde entier une assistance de toutes les Ambassades des USA.
Il est possible de rentrer dans tous les Ports du Monde , en effet le Pavillon US est respecté par toutes les Capitaineries Portuaires et Immigrations.
Il faudra preparer avant de rentrer dans un Port la liste des équipages ainsi que les papiers de sortie ”clearing” du dernier Port visité.
Revente du Bateau
Le Bateau pourra facilement être vendu hors taxes.
1-Par cession des actions de votre Société Yacht-Management au nouveau Propriétaire
2-En liquidant la Société xistante et en reenrégistrant le Bateaus sous une nouvelle Société.
Territiore
Un Bateau sous Pavillon USA peut navigeur librement dans le Monde entier.
Bussiness
Un Bateaux USA pourra être utilize comme bateau de navigation de plaisance ou pour
du charter.
En cas de charter une Taxe annuelle sera due de 3% sur le chiffre déclaré annuellement.
Normalement nous mettons la société en place comme société de gestion sans activité commerciale.
Si vous désirez faire un business dans la plaisance veuillez nous en avertir lors de la mise en place de la Société .
