IMPORTANT RENEWAL INFORMATION
Renewals are fast approaching! Renewal notices will be mailed out by May 1, 2003. All licenses, including individual licenses and Certificate of Authorities must be renewed by June 30, 2003. Those who do not renew by this date will be cancelled on July 1, 2003. There will no longer be a 30-day “late” period throughout the month of July. All cancelled licenses will be subject to a $125.00 late/reinstatement fee in order to restore to active status.
There will be a few changes in the process as we enter this renewal season as the new website will allow for quick processing and payment of fees. For those who wish to have the Board office process their paperwork and payment of fees, there will be a $25.00 hand-processing fee.
Continuing Education must also be completed and submitted prior to June 30, 2003.
If you use online services be ready to substantiate and mail in the verification of continuing education to reach the office by June 30, 2003 as all individual licenses are subject to a random audit. If you wait until the last minute to renew on line and are selected for audit you won’t have time to send in documentation and be received by June 30, 2003 by 4:30 p.m.
New Website to Launch by April 1st
We want to keep you informed about the new website. We are in the final production and testing phases. The website will be launched by April 1st. The system will allow for many new features in order to provided you with the latest in technology! We want to remind you of some of the features you will find on “YOUR NEW WEBSITE”:
· Online Renewals with payment capabilities for individuals and firms using Visa, MasterCard and EFT (electronic funds transfer)
· The ability to enter CEU information directly onto the website for easy management of your requirements for renewal purposes
· Ability to access to your own personal information for updating purposes using “Real Time”
· Current “wallet card” and renewal information for easy printing
· Online capabilities of Initial Reciprocal Registration
· Online capabilities for Certificate of Authority initial registration and Revisions.
· No additional fees charged to use the online system; however there will be a $25 Hand Processing fee for those who opt not to use the online system.
WATCH FOR POSTCARDS AND OTHER CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE BOARD OFFICE ON UPDATES AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW!!!

Notify the Board office immediately as all renewals will be sent to your last known address. When making changes for both individual licenses and certificate of authorities, you must specify which, if not both need to be updated. We must have it in writing.
